(A Resolution)
(Petition served February 21, 2002 A.D. to the Catoosa County Commission in Ringgold, Georgia, united States of America)
Whereas, The Sedition and Subversive Activities Act of 1953 states that a subversive organization means an organization which engages in or advocates, abets, advises, or teaches, or a purpose of which is to engage in or advocate, abet, advise, or teach activities intended to overthrow, destroy, or to assist in the overthrow or destruction of the Government of the United States, Government of the State of Georgia, or any political subdivision of either of them, by revolution, force or violence, and
Whereas the Georgia Memorial To Congress of 1957 placed into the records of the State of Georgia the undeniable facts detailing the subversive acts of the de facto United States government memorializing the overthrow of the Lawful government of the united States of America and several Southern States, including Georgia, thereby declaring the subversive activities of the de facto United States government, and
Whereas the Georgia Memorial To Congress of 1957 has remained unchallenged in the records of both the de facto government of the United States and the State of Georgia for 45 years, and within the laws and customs of American Jurisprudence the Georgia Memorial To Congress of 1957 has become an aged document of record in the courts, the facts of which must be given judicial notice in all the courts of competent jurisdiction, and
Whereas the subversive acts noted in the Georgia Memorial To Congress of 1957 include the fact that the so-called 14th and 15th amendments are null, void and of no effect because the Lawful government of the united States of America and the State of Georgia where overthrown in an attempt to force the illegal ratification of the said so-called amendments, thereby substantiating that all elections and legislative acts since that time are null, void and of no effect, being repugnant to the Constitution of the united States of America and the several States,
Now, therefore, it is hereby petitioned that the Catoosa County Commission act in a timely fashion in accordance with the sworn Oaths of Office by conducting Lawful elections restoring Lawful government in Catoosa County, and cease and desist any further aiding and abetting of the subversive organization declared by the Georgia Memorial To Congress of 1957.
Signed,
Burk-Elder: Hale, Third
This petition was supported by Catoosa County Commissioner Burk E. Hale, Jr., and later ignored by the rest of the Catoosa County Commission. No member of the commission refuted the facts of the 1957 Georgia Memorial to Congress when served to the commission during the regularly scheduled public commission meeting.
A Memorial to the Commission of Catoosa County was served on March 6, 2007 (Minutes fail to note the Memorial/Petition was served), 2 days before the 50th Anniversay of the 1957 Georgia Memorial to Congress was observed at Hargrave Cemetery in Catoosa County. On March 8th, the American Sons & Daughters of Confederate Veterans was established at the observance.
